THE
STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER CLUB
PLEASE
NOTE:
The
Judging lists of The Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club, are compiled as
follows:-
A
separate Judges Sub-Committee approved by the main Committee of The
Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club.
The
Sub-Committee be formed annually and consists of experienced members who
are responsible for drawing up criteria and compiling all Club Judging
Lists, for recommendations to the main Committee of the club for
approval; such procedure where appropriate prepared by secret ballot.
The
Judges Sub-Committee includes all those committee members who have
previously been approved to award Challenge Certificates in the breed,
and includes not less than a significant majority of at least 75% of
those who are active in the breed and have previously awarded Challenge
Certificates to the breed.
The
Judges Sub-Committee is mandated to give full consideration to all
applicants who apply to be included on the Club’s judging lists.
To
take fully into consideration the balance between specialists and
non-specialist Judges and such evaluation recommendations to the main
committee.
To
be realistic with regards to the breed and to determine the number of
Judges involved in the judging lists, to be adequate in relation to the
shows scheduled for the breed at all levels.
The
Judges Sub-Committee to recommend whenever appropriate names to the main
Committee for inclusion in a Club “Roll of Honour” of Senior Judges
who are not necessarily currently active with Club Judging Lists
Annually.
THESE
LISTS ARE VALID FROM AND INCLUDES JANUARY 1ST 2003 UNTIL AND
INCLUDES DECEMBER 31ST 2003, AND IS SUBJECT TO REVIEW EACH
YEAR.
